About Paulette
Paulette Winsor, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in the medical field. She began her nursing career at the age of 21 and has dedicated her professional life to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being.
Paulette specializes in treating adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety disorders, PTSD, depression, ADHD, sleep and mood disorders. She takes a compassionate, individualized approach to care, recognizing that every person’s experiences and needs are unique.
Originally from the Midwest, Paulette is a proud mother of two adult children. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and her Goldendoodle, Luke.
Virtual appointments are offered for Arizona residents 15 years or older.

Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and telemedicine are available through Radiant Psychiatric Solutions. Paulette works with each person to understand their concerns and develop an individualized treatment plan.
